Mr. Angus Pollard is the chief instructor of the Katy TaeKwonDo Academy. He began his Taekwondo training in 1983 under Sr. Master Marv Conway in Beaumont, TX. In the Spring of 2000, Mr. Pollard opened the Katy TaeKwonDo Academy. He holds the rank of 4th degree black belt and is a certified Taekwondo instructor with the I.T.A. In his 9 years of being a professional instructor, Mr. Pollard has trained thousands of students and has had several earn national championships. In the past 5 years in Katy, Mr. Pollard has developed one of the top academies in the I.T.A.
